What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first and last name, work email, job title and company. If you also request a demo, we collect your phone number, industry, company size and country. We use your phone number only to arrange your demo. We also record when each request was made and whether its confirmation email was sent.
When you visit the site, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the fonts.
How we use it
We use waitlist details to send confirmation and access updates. If you request a demo, we use your details to reply, arrange a time and follow up about that request. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use Google (Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and Gmail) to store waitlist signups and demo requests and send confirmations, GitHub to host the site, and Cloudflare to count visits. We use Cal.com for demo booking. Opening the booking link sends Cal.com your prefilled name and email; when you book, it also receives your chosen time. These providers may process information outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details while we send access updates, and demo request details for as long as needed to reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@jinai.md and we will reply without undue delay. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Cookies and Do Not Track
jinai.md does not use cookies. The separate booking page on cal.com may use cookies. We do not track you across other websites, so we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
